Nagpal undertakes construction activities in different locations in Cochin. At a particular time, they will be having several projects in progress simultaneously in different sites. Within the same project, they will be having apartments belonging to different classes or types. Facilities in each type differ and accordingly prices also vary from type to type. It is really a huge task to present all these information before the prospective consumer who may be hailing from different corners of the globe. Moreover the reflections of market trends, which change from time to time, should also be made available to the consumer from time to time.
Since majority of the customers of the client are NRI’s, Nagpal Builders is bound to present a clear picture of the apartment before them. Availability of apartments, cost and facilities in different types of apartments should be presented before them.

Solution
Meridian designed an Online Property Management System for the client. With the help of this application client can themselves update the latest details along with the progress of the project.
Prospective customers can have all the information regarding the completed, ongoing, and future projects of Nagpal Builders. With the help of this application details such as location of the project, types of apartments, salient features of a particular type of apartment, availability of Apartments, as well as the rate of apartments can be made accessible for the prospective consumer sitting anywhere in the world. Non- resident Indians can also select their dream apartments in their hometown, at the click of a mouse.
There is also a provision for Customer LOG IN. Here any registered customer can log in to view the details of the apartment in which he is interested. Payments can be made online and details of payment can also be obtained.

Being an Interior Decorating Firm, Décor Decorators had to have a site to target global and domestic business. A site that would effectively enhance all the works already done and are ongoing was the need of the hour. The clients of Décor being spread internationally they also wanted a site which would help them effectively communicate with their clients.

Most of the customers are from abroad and tourism being a very competitive industry they wanted a site to highlight the tours offered. Being a travel company with outbound tours to Singapore, Malaysia, China, Sri Lanka etc the website needs to be focused on these destinations, the tourist offerings etc. The site should also incorporate features allowing easy communication of potential customers.

The Solution
